Note: This listing is for the first floor only of our 4-bedroom homestay. Guests will have exclusive access to the first-floor area. Outdoor areas, terrace, and parking are shared with guests on the ground floor. Perched above the coffee estate, our first-floor homestay offers a tranquil escape surrounded by nature’s calm. With two comfortable bedrooms, a bright living area, and access to shared outdoor spaces, this retreat is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful stay close to nature’s rhythm.

The space

Indoor Spaces Enjoy a thoughtfully arranged space that invites you to unwind and reconnect. Bedrooms & Bathrooms The first-floor features two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and an additional single bed option for extra person. Both rooms have attached bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience. Soft furnishings, extra blankets, and estate views make these rooms a restful haven after a day exploring Coorg. Living Area The cozy living space offers comfortable seating with chairs and diwan cots, making it perfect for relaxed conversations, reading, or simply soaking in the calm surroundings. Dining While this floor does not include a kitchen, but has a kitchen at the ground floor that guests can use, subjected to availability. Guests are most welcome to enjoy delicious homely meals prepared by our caretaker. We offer fixed-menu options featuring local dishes—breakfast at ₹160, lunch at ₹400, and dinner at ₹500 per person. Outdoor Spaces Guests have access to shared outdoor areas, including the terrace and parking. Enjoy a bonfire evening under the stars (₹750 for 3 hours) or a peaceful morning surrounded by the aroma of fresh coffee leaves. Add-On Services & Amenities Meal Packages: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available. Bonfire arrangements Wi-Fi: 100 Mbps high-speed internet Washing Machine: Free for guest use Musical Instruments (Ukulele) and books available on request Private gated parking 24/7 running water Additional features include ceiling fans in all rooms, an inverter providing 4–8 hours of power backup, and a caretaker available if needed (does not stay on the property). Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire 2BR unit on the first floor, including living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared access to terrace, parking space and over all outdoor area.
