The space

Bedrooms Our home features 1 thoughtfully arranged double bedrooms on the first floor, each designed to give you restful nights after sun-soaked beach days. bedrooms include queen-sized bed, air conditioning, wardrobes, dressing units with mirrors, attached bathrooms, ceiling fans, extra pillows and blankets, bedside essentials, and space for one additional guest on a mattress (extra charges apply). Whether you're here for a romantic escape or a family stay, the rooms are cozy, private, and practical. Washrooms Each attached bathroom is fitted with modern essentials including geysers for hot water, showers, sinks with mirrors, exhaust fans, soap, bath towels, hand towels, and clean functional fixtures for a comfortable stay. Living Area Our inviting living room is designed for laid-back conversations, reading, or simply unwinding after exploring Varkala. You’ll find comfortable seating, books and magazines, Wi-Fi connectivity, and a peaceful indoor atmosphere that feels personal and homely. Dining Area While we offer a light and flexible setup, guests can enjoy meals in the shared indoor spaces or choose our in-house vegan and vegetarian meal options. Breakfast is available at ₹300 per person and includes a wholesome vegetarian or vegan breakfast with one beverage. Guests also receive a 10% discount at our in-house restaurant serving vegan and vegetarian meals only. Kitchen For those who enjoy preparing their own meals, our open-layout first-floor kitchen is fully accessible to guests. It includes an induction cooktop, refrigerator, kettle, cutlery, cookware, pressure cooker, and regular cooking essentials for light cooking. Outside food is allowed, though non-vegetarian food is not permitted to be cooked inside. We also provide 5 liters of complimentary mineral water. Terrace / Balcony While there is no rooftop terrace or dedicated balcony, the proximity to the beach and outdoor common areas offer plenty of fresh air and coastal ambiance.
