Any House rule violation fine Rs. 10000 per instance. All Guest IDs have to be shared prior to check in. Any undisclosed pets/guests would be charged double the extra pet/guest fee. Pool timings: from check in time to 9 am on check out day. Water will be drained off at 9 am without asking guests or even if guests are inside pool. As we need time to clean/refill pool for the next group. We will not drain water in case we do not have any subsequent booking. Additional charges: Late Check out would be chargeable - up to 2 hours Rs 400 per person More than 2 hours: One night fare based on availability Visitors: If you have day visitors, they are allowed inside the property against 1000 Rs charge per person. Concierage: Caretakers can run errands based on bike availability at a charge of Rs100 per errand for up to 5 km and Rs 200 per errand for upto 10kms. Please pay up for stuff that you request in advance. Sound system: we do have a big/loud speaker which has undergone multiple repairs due to damages done by guests during party. You can use it, but we do not provide guarantee that it will work for sure. Guests are expected to get their own groceries (for cooking/meals) and toiletries/towels/bathroom slippers. Ours is an environment friendly place with the motto reduce, reuse, and recycle. Helper/maid, etc. If you are bringing along any helpers, 1000 Rs per person standard rate would be applicable irrespective of the fact if they stay the night or not. JD hotel - 30 year old restaurant always liked by our guests. Guests are expected to fetch food from Sohna themselves. As Sogna city is 12 km from farm, there is no Delivery and staff will not be able to help. Kitchen equipments: Refrigerator,  microwave, mixxi, kitchen instant gyser, gas burner, usual cooking/eating utensils,barbeque grill coal based Drinking water: Fresh filtered ground water is provided. RO system is also installed at the property.  Bottled water is not provided. Food options: Meal packages are provided basis cook availability(details to be shared separately) . Please keep in mind that normal Indian veg /non veg food will/can be provided. If you need fancy snack items like tikka/kabab, etc - we suggest that you order it from the above-mentioned sources or hire a professional cook from us or any authorised cook service provider,  e.g., coox Power back up: inverter only and one small generator 500W is available. DG set costs extra, it is required if you want AC back too. 2000 rent for 12 hours (evening to morning) and rest diesel would be on you. Usually Rs. 2500 diesel is enough for the entire night. Rules: Grass Carpet/lawn usage: walking and seating only. No parking, No dancing and cycling allowed.  You can use tennis court for dance/DJ, cycling Common areas are under surveillance, and the camera would not be turned off at any given point. Our property is like our second home being let out to you for your enjoyment. This is not a professionally run hotel but a boutique farmstay. We hope you have a great time here and build super memories!! Keep house doors closed at all times, else mosquitoes, insects, birds, etc. Would disturb your stay. Please treat everyone and everything with respect. Use resources like your own in a sustainable manner. Car parking: either on tennis court or outside the main gate of the farm. No parking on grass. Please don't pluck any fruit, flower or leaf. Please switch off electronic equipments/switches when not in use. Cycle can be used on request but only outside the farm or on tennis court. In case, guests plan to use the swimming pool, request in advance as it takes 4 hours to fill the water in the pool. Pool will be filled once per booking. You can request a refill only in case of multiple (more then 4 nights) night bookings. Guests are expected to get their own sports equipments. Tennis racquets, balls and other equipments can be made available on request Guests are expected to submit back all the rackets/balls etc. Loss of tennis balls is charged @70 Rs per ball rate Bonfire can be arranged at a cost of Rs 1500 for 2-3 hours. Extra guests will be accommodated in the bedrooms, not in the common area (kichen/hall) All the above requests to be made prior to your check in at the time of making reservation. Any kind of damage/theft to the property, building, equipments etc. By you or your pets would be charged back to you at full cost of replacement. Please keep the sports equipments back to the original place or hand it over to the care taker We encourage guests to take along the empty bottles along with them, it helps us to keep the environment and surroundings clean Important Check out process: Please inform care Taker 30 mins prior to checking out so that he can perform checkout verification process.  he would check farm and bungalow to verify and report: 1. Any guest belongings if left behind 2. damages caused by guests if any 3. Collate all billable  additional services used and/or damages if any, so that they can be invoiced. Guests are expected to clear the invoice if any and then proceed to exit the property. Payment should be transmitted to the farm owner (Jyotsna)only and not to any of the staff members Please do not call us (Jyotsna and/Or Hemant) during the stay or at the time of check out unless there's an emergency. Communicate to care taker and you can leave the property after informing cate taker. That would be enough and security deposit if any will be refunded with in 2 to 3 days.

building main gate has a security camera to monitor movements of people coming in/out of building Pool, kitchen, garden area, staircase has cameras too for safety of the property care taker and guest local law enforcement requires to have lobby, staircase, dining areas to be monitored.

Some spaces are shared

Care taker stays at the property & he is free to roam around in the entire property. When guests are there he wouldn’t enter rooms without guest permission or guest should accompany them in case of any housekeeping or any other issue. Please Expect care taker in common areas like staircase & kitchen
