Villa 12, LaMasseria by Alira Stays is a 3BHK luxury villa in Siolim. It features a private pool, a private garden area, spacious living and a dining area, 3 king-size ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a Pool Table, high-speed Wi-Fi, power backup, and a Bluetooth speaker. We provide housekeeping once a day from 9am to 5pm and a chef on request (chargable). Centrally located in Siolim, it is just 15 minutes from Vagator, Anjuna and Morjim beaches.

The space

🛋️ Living Room The ground-floor living space is air-conditioned, comfortably seating up to 8-10 guests. It features a big size Smart TV and opens directly onto the garden and pool deck, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. A powder room is also available on this floor. 🎶 Entertainment The villa is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker and a Smart TV, perfect for music sessions, movie nights, or relaxed gatherings with friends and family. There is a Pool Table on the first floor which is cherry on the cake for your stay. 🍳 Kitchen The fully functional kitchen is fitted with a microwave, blender, cooker, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, cookware, and cutlery. Guests may also request a chef/cook (at an additional cost), or simply order in via delivery apps. Swiggy/Zomato/Instamart/Blinkit works seamlessly in this location. 👨‍🔧 Housekeeping Housekeeping is available once daily between 9am to 5pm. 🍽️ Dining Area An 6-seater dining table on the ground floor makes mealtimes relaxed and inviting, with easy access to the living, garden and pool areas. 🛏️ Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): King-size bed, AC, ensuite bathroom, opens in the garden outside and towards the dinning/living inside. 🛏️ Bedroom 2 (First Floor): King-size bed, AC, ensuite bathroom, pool/garden view. 🛏️ Bedroom 3 (First Floor): King-size bed, AC, ensuite bathroom, pool/garden view. 🏊‍♂️ Pool & Outdoor Area Enjoy a refreshing dip in the villa’s private pool, or unwind on the shaded veranda, sun loungers and a pergola swing. 🚗 Parking 1 car parking is available just outside the villa, near the entrance. 🌐 Wi-Fi High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible across the property. 🔌 Power Backup Full generator backup ensures uninterrupted electricity. 🛡️ Security The villa is located in a gated community with 24/7 security.

🔑 Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and all its amenities — including the private pool, garden and the kitchen.

During your stay, we can also share local delivery contact numbers for your convenience. ⏰ Early Check-in / Late Check-out Available, subject to villa availability. 🧹 Daily housekeeping is provided once a day from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Towels and linen are provided, with a full change after every 2nd night.
