Villa Azura Escape – House Rules & Important Information To help ensure a seamless, safe and enjoyable stay, please read the following information carefully before confirming your reservation. Maximum Guest Capacity Villa Azura Escape is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 24 guests. Due to Airbnb's current reservation limitations, a single Airbnb reservation can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests. If your group has more than 16 guests, please contact the DA ALOHAS team before booking. Additional guests beyond 16 are charged ₹1,250 per person, per night, subject to prior approval and the villa's maximum occupancy. Every guest, including additional guests, must be registered and provide a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. Early Check-in & Late Check-out Early check-in and late check-out should not be assumed or considered guaranteed. Both are strictly subject to availability and additional charges. Requests must be made in advance and are valid only after confirmation by the DA ALOHAS team. Unapproved early check-in or late check-out is not permitted. Unapproved late check-out may attract a ₹5,000 penalty, in addition to applicable extended-occupation charges. Meals & Food Service Freshly prepared meals are available at the villa at an additional charge. Breakfast: ₹380 per person Lunch/Dinner: ₹650 per person, per meal Hi-Tea: ₹275 per person BBQ: Available subject to prior request and availability Meal service must be confirmed at least 48 hours before check-in. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm meal arrangements. Meal bookings are confirmed only after availability and advance payment have been received. Pet Policy Villa Azura Escape welcomes well-trained dogs and cats. Pets must be declared before arrival and added to the reservation. Additional pet charges may apply based on the number of pets and duration of stay. Only domesticated dogs and cats are permitted. Pets should be house-trained, vaccinated and well-behaved. Pets should not be left unattended inside the villa unless securely crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors. Pets are strictly not allowed inside the swimming pool. Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas, cushions or upholstered furniture unless appropriate protective covers are used. Excessive barking, aggressive behaviour or disturbance to neighbours is not permitted. Any pet-related damage will be charged at the actual repair or replacement cost. DA ALOHAS reserves the right to refuse a pet where there is a reasonable safety or disturbance concern. Private Swimming Pool Rules The swimming pool at Villa Azura Escape is a private pool exclusively for your group. Pool Timings Standard pool timings: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Pool use after 7:00 PM is not permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained from DA ALOHAS Management. In exceptional circumstances, management may approve pool use up to 10:00 PM. Requests for extended pool usage should ideally be made before 6:00 PM on the same day. Pool use after 10:00 PM is strictly prohibited. Pool Safety & Conduct Proper swimming attire is required for pool use. No smoking in or around the pool. No alcohol or drinking in or around the pool. No food inside or around the pool. Do not enter or use the pool while intoxicated. Guests swim at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No diving, running, pushing, rough play or other unsafe activities. Glass bottles and glassware are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Pets are strictly prohibited inside the pool. Water splashing onto the surrounding pool deck/floor during normal use is natural and does not constitute water leakage. Please keep the pool area clean after use. Damage caused through misuse of the pool or pool equipment may be charged at actual repair/replacement cost. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are strictly from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Loud music, DJs, outdoor speakers, shouting or excessive noise are not permitted during quiet hours. Parties, events or gatherings that disturb neighbours are not permitted. Noise complaints may result in intervention by the property team or local authorities, where applicable, and may attract penalties. Housekeeping Daily housekeeping is provided as per the booking package. Bed linen and towels are refreshed once every two nights for longer stays. Additional housekeeping services may be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability. Guests are requested to provide reasonable access to the housekeeping team when service is scheduled. Smoking & Tobacco Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Chewing tobacco, gutkha, paan and similar products are not permitted inside the villa. Cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly. Do not throw cigarette butts into gardens, pool areas, drains or surrounding property. Guests, Visitors & Occupancy Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Additional guests require prior approval from DA ALOHAS and may attract additional charges. Unauthorised overnight guests are not permitted. All guests must complete the required registration and provide valid government-issued identification. Parties, events or commercial gatherings require prior written approval. Cleanliness & Care of the Villa Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness throughout their stay. Dispose of waste responsibly and do not leave garbage in common or outdoor areas. Do not unnecessarily move furniture or misuse furnishings. Towels, linen, décor, utensils and other villa items must not be removed from the property. Do not attempt to repair or modify fixtures, appliances, plumbing or electrical systems yourself. Report any maintenance issue or malfunction to the DA ALOHAS team immediately. Parking Complimentary on-site parking is available for guests. Please park only in designated parking areas. Do not block neighbouring villas, gates, access roads or emergency access. Guests are responsible for their vehicles and personal belongings. Security, Keys & Locks Guests are responsible for the villa, keys, access devices, furniture, appliances, pool and other amenities during their stay. Lost or misplaced key: ₹1,000 duplicate key charge. Lock replacement: If the lock needs to be replaced because of lost keys or guest negligence, a ₹5,000 lock replacement charge will apply. Guests must not duplicate keys, change locks or interfere with access systems without prior approval. Please lock doors and secure the property whenever leaving the villa. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Damages & Breakages Any accidental or intentional damage, breakage, loss or malfunction must be reported to the DA ALOHAS team immediately. Damage to the villa, furniture, appliances, swimming pool, landscaping or other amenities will be charged at the actual repair or replacement cost. Excessive cleaning caused by misuse may attract additional charges. Do not attempt DIY repairs or modifications. Refundable Security Deposit – Specific Bookings For gentlemen-only groups and same-day bookings, a ₹15,000 refundable security deposit will be required. The deposit must be paid as instructed by the DA ALOHAS team before or at check-in. The deposit may be used toward applicable damage, breakage, missing-item, excessive-cleaning or other charges arising during the stay. Subject to there being no applicable deductions, the remaining security deposit will be refunded after the property inspection/check-out process. Prohibited Activities The following are strictly prohibited: Illegal activities, drugs or prohibited substances Weapons or hazardous materials Unauthorised parties, events or gatherings Excessive noise or behaviour causing serious disturbance Tampering with electrical panels, MCBs, appliances, Wi-Fi equipment or other property systems Misuse of fire-safety or emergency equipment Commercial photography, filming or content production without prior approval Any activity that creates a safety risk, damages the property or causes disturbance to neighbouring properties House Rule Violations & Penalties Any violation of the above house rules will attract a penalty of ₹5,000 per violation. This is in addition to any actual costs incurred for: Repairs Excessive or specialised cleaning Furniture or appliance replacement Key replacement Lock replacement Pool/property damage Pet-related damage Other losses or damages Each separate violation may attract a separate penalty. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of the stay and removal from the property, subject to applicable Airbnb policies and terms.
