To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and residents, please read and follow the house rules below. 🕒 Check-in & Check-out Check-in: From 2:00 PM Check-out: By 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out are strictly subject to availability and require prior written approval from the Da Alohas team. Early Check-in & Late Check-out Policy 3BHK Penthouse: ₹1,000 per hour Hourly charges apply for check-ins before 12:00 PM and check-outs after 11:30 AM. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged at 70% of the applicable nightly tariff. Any unauthorised early check-in or late check-out without prior approval from the Da Alohas team will attract a penalty of ₹5,000. 👥 Guest Policy Only registered guests mentioned in the reservation are permitted. Government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests. Outside visitors and unregistered guests are strictly prohibited unless approved by Da Alohas. Additional overnight guests will be charged ₹1,000 per person, per night, subject to the maximum occupancy. 🏡 Your Stay, Your Space Guests have exclusive access to the entire penthouse. Shared facilities (if applicable), including the swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, parking, terrace, or gardens, must be used in accordance with society rules. Please respect neighbours and maintain a peaceful environment. 🏊 Swimming Pool Rules (Applicable only if the property has a pool) Pool usage is permitted only during the designated timings for the property. Pool timings are 7 am to 7 PM as its a shared common pool Proper swimwear is compulsory. Smoking, alcohol, food, glass bottles, loud music, diving, and rough play are prohibited. Children must always be supervised. Guests use the pool entirely at their own risk. Any fines imposed by the housing society due to rule violations shall be borne by the guest. 🔇 Noise Policy Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Loud music, parties, DJs, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and events are strictly prohibited. Kindly respect neighbours and society regulations. 🚭 Smoking & Alcohol Smoking is prohibited inside the penthouse. Smoking is permitted only on balconies or designated outdoor areas where applicable. Alcohol may be consumed responsibly inside the penthouse. Smoking and drinking are not permitted in common areas or pool areas. 🐾 Pets Pets are not permitted unless approved by Da Alohas before booking. 🍳 Kitchen Usage Please use the kitchen responsibly. Clean utensils after use. Switch off appliances after use. Do not leave food waste overnight. ❄️ Electricity Please switch off all electrical appliances, lights, fans, geysers and air conditioners whenever leaving the property. 🧹 Housekeeping Please keep the penthouse clean. Linen and towels are changed once every two nights for longer stays. Additional housekeeping requests may be chargeable. Excessive cleaning after checkout may attract additional charges. 🚗 Parking Please use only designated parking spaces. Da Alohas is not responsible for any damage or theft involving vehicles. 🔑 Keys & Lock Policy Guests are responsible for keeping all keys safe. Lost, misplaced, or unreturned keys will attract a ₹1,000 duplicate key charge. If the lock is damaged or requires replacement due to lost keys or guest negligence, a ₹5,000 lock replacement charge will apply. Please notify Da Alohas immediately if keys are lost. 🔒 Safety & Security Lock doors and windows whenever leaving. Do not leave valuables unattended. Da Alohas is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
