Any House rule violation fine Rs. 10000 per instance. No AC access/usage in cold months- 15th Oct to 15th March all guest IDs need to be shared prior to check in. lockbox passcode would not be shared if IDs are not shared. Any undisclosed pets/guests would be charged double the extra pet/guest fee. Our property is like our second home being let out to you for your enjoyment. This is not a professionally run hotel but a boutique farmstay. We hope you have a great time here and build super memories!! Keep house doors closed at all times, else mosquitoes, insects, birds, etc. Would disturb your stay. Check-in time 2 pm - 8 pm Check out time  11 am Wi fi password godblessall Please keep in mind that sometimes wi fi can get disconnected intermittently, especially during the evening Pool timings: from check in time to 6 am on check out day. Water will be drained off at 6 am without asking guests or even if guests are inside pool. As we need time to clean/refill pool for the next group. We will not drain water in case we do not have any subsequent booking. Additional charges: Late Check out would be chargeable - up to 2 hours Rs 200 per person More than 2 hours: One night fare based on availability Visitors: If you have visitors, they are allowed inside the property against 1000 Rs charge per person. Extra guest charge: 1000 Rs per person.  Concierage: Caretakers can run errands based on bike availability at a charge of Rs 100 per errand for up to 5 km and Rs 200 per errand for upto 10kms. Please pay up for stuff that you request in advance. Sound system: Bring your own music system. Guests are expected to get their own groceries (for cooking/meals), packaged water and toiletries/towels/bathroom slippers. Ours is an environment friendly place with the motto reduce, reuse, and recycle. Kitchen equipments: Refrigerator,  microwave, mixxi, sandwich maker, kitchen instant gyser, gas burner, usual utensils,barbeque grill coal based. Drinking water: Fresh filtered ground water is provided.Theres a water filer installed at the property.  Bottled water is not provided. Food options: Please keep in mind that normal Indian veg /non veg food will/can be cooked. If you need fancy snack items like tikka/kabab, etc - we suggest that you order it from the above-mentioned sources or hire a professional cook from us or any authorised cook service provider,  e.g., coox Power back up: Two single battery inverters. This can take care of basic lights and fan only. And few lights on open area. If inverters go down, we have 500W small generator which can take care of lights and fans in the rooms. External big DG set costs extra, it is required if you want AC back too. 5000 Rs for 12 hours (evening 5/6 pm to morning 8 am) Rules: DO NOT MOVE furniture. Only plastic chairs and table is for outside area. Wooden furniture should not be taken outside with out without care takers help. Grass Carpet/lawn usage: walking and seating only. No parking, No dancing and cycling allowed.  You can use tennis court for dance/DJ, cycling Common areas are under surveillance, and the camera would not be turned off at any given point. Car parking: either on tennis court or outside the main gate of the farm. No parking on grass. Please don't pluck any fruit, flower or leaf. Please switch off electronic equipments/switches when not in use. Cycle can be used on request but only outside the farm or on tennis court. In case, guests plan to use the swimming pool, request in advance as it takes 4 hours to fill the water in the pool. Pool will be filled once per booking. You can request a refill only in case of multiple (more then 4 nights) night bookings. Guests are expected to get their own sports equipments. Tennis racquets, balls and other equipments can be made available on request Guests are expected to submit back all the rackets/balls etc. Loss of tennis balls is charged @70 Rs per ball rate Bonfire can be arranged at a cost of Rs 1500 for 2-3 hours. All the above requests to be made prior to your check in at the time of making reservation. Any kind of damage/theft to the property, building, equipments etc. By you or your pets would be charged back to you at full cost of replacement. Please keep the sports equipments back to the original place or hand it over to the care taker We encourage guests to take along the empty bottles/garbage along with them, it helps us to keep the environment and surroundings clean. Important Check out process: Please inform care Taker 30 mins prior to checking out so that he can perform checkout verification process.  he would check farm and bungalow to verify and report: 1. Any guest belongings if left behind 2. damages caused by guests if any 3. Collate all billable  additional services used and/or damages if any, so that they can be invoiced. Guests are expected to clear the invoice if any and then proceed to exit the property. Payment should be transmitted to the farm owner (Jyotsna)only and not to any of the staff members Please do not call us (Jyotsna and/Or Hemant) during the stay or at the time of check out unless there's an emergency. Communicate to Hallu for any issues and Surender & Pooja for any help around including housekeeping or kitchen help if required. You can leave the property after informing Surender/Hallu. That would be enough and security deposit if any will be refunded within few hours of check out. Please treat everyone and everything with respect. Use resources like your own in a sustainable manner. Needless to say, please do not throw bottles in the adjacent farms during parties.
