Welcome to Urban Nook, We're thrilled to have you stay with us and hope you have a wonderful time in our Urban Nook. To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with our house rules. These guidelines are put in place to promote safety, comfort, and harmony during your stay. House Rules: House Check-In and Check-Out Rules Check-In:Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM Early Check-In: If you require an early check-in (more than 4 hours before the standard check-in time), an additional charge of Rs 1000 will apply. Please request this in advance to ensure availability. Check-Out: Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM Late Check-Out: If you need a late check-out (more than 4 hours after the standard check-out time), an additional charge of Rs 1000 will apply. Kindly inform us ahead of time to confirm availability. Cleaning: Guest can get cleaning done between 9 am to 11 am if they wish to. Cleaning person is generally not available after 12 noon. Parking: Guests are encouraged to park their cars in the parking space outside the society gate. This helps maintain smooth traffic flow within the premises. For longer stays, guests may utilize available parking slots within the society premises. The caretaker will guide you for the same. However, please note that the maximum number of cars allowed per booking is one. Access and Usage: Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed via stairs. You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay. Alcohol and Smoking: Consumption of alcohol is not permitted as we are situated in a residential area. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. We kindly request that guests refrain from smoking inside the apartment. Parties, Events, and Visitors: Parties and events are not allowed to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all residents. Guests are welcome to have visitors for short duration, but no more than two visitors are allowed at any given time. Please inform the host in advance regarding any visitors. Noise and Quiet Hours: Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Garbage Disposal: All garbage should be placed in the dustbin provided below the sink. For longer stays, please place garbage bags outside the gate near the stairs. This helps ensure proper cleaning and prevents accumulation of trash. Toilet Usage: Please do not dispose of trash, tissue papers, sanitary napkins, or condoms in the toilet. Use the provided waste bins for disposal and refrain from flushing such items. Dining and Bedroom Etiquette: Eating and drinking are not allowed in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals at the dining table. Energy Conservation and Security: Before leaving the apartment, ensure all lights, and electronics are turned off. Close windows and lock the door securely. Damages and Breakages: Please report any damages or breakages promptly. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount will be the responsibility of the guests and may be reported to Airbnb.
