To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly request all guests to follow the house rules below: General Rules • Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards • Check-out: 11:00 AM • Government ID proof is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. • Only registered guests are allowed inside the property. Outside visitors are not permitted without prior approval. • Please treat the property as your own and maintain cleanliness during your stay. • Loud music and parties are strictly not allowed after 10:00 PM as per local regulations and to respect the neighborhood. • Please turn off all lights, ACs, fans, and electrical appliances when going out to help conserve energy and for safety. • Any damage to the property, furniture, linen, appliances, or equipment will be chargeable as per actual cost. Swimming Pool Rules 🏊‍♂️ • Pool timings are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM only. • Use the swimming pool at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. • Children must always be supervised by adults while using the pool. • Food and drinks are strictly not allowed inside the pool. • Glassware is not permitted near the pool area. • Please shower before entering the pool to maintain hygiene. • Running, diving, or rough play near the pool is not allowed for safety reasons. Smoking Policy 🚭 • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa and bedrooms. • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. • Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and avoid littering. Pets Policy 🐾 • Pets are not allowed inside the property. Linen & Towels 🛏️ • Bed linens and towels are changed once every two nights during the stay. • Additional changes requested outside the standard schedule may be subject to availability and additional charges. Kitchen & Cleanliness 🍽️ • Guests are welcome to use the kitchen responsibly. • Please switch off appliances after use. • Kindly avoid leaving food waste overnight to prevent pests.
