No diving (shallow depth). Children must be supervised at all times. Use proper swimwear only. No loud music or parties around the pool after 10 PM. Please shower before entering the pool. 🔇 Noise Policy Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No loud music, DJ, or parties without prior written approval. Respect neighboring properties and natural surroundings. 🎨 Property & Wall Art Care The murals and artwork are custom-designed features of the property. Do not scratch, mark, lean wet items, or attach decorations to walls. Any damage to artwork or walls will be chargeable. 🌿 Balcony & River View Area Do not throw any items into the river or surrounding greenery. No sitting or climbing on railings. Please avoid feeding wildlife. 🚗 Parking Secured on-site parking available for 3–4 cars. Additional 3–4 cars can be parked 10 meters away (on-street parking). The property is not responsible for valuables left inside vehicles. 🚭 Smoking Policy Smoking allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Strictly no smoking inside rooms or corridors. A deep cleaning fee will apply for violations. 🍾 Visitors & Gatherings Only registered guests are allowed inside the property. Visitors are not permitted in rooms without prior approval.
