We have an 1100 sq ft. Terrace garden situated at 19th floor. It is designed keeping all the necessary amenities in mind. • We have 24/7 electricity running with 6 switch boards useful for charging any device. • We have a beautiful marble counter mostly used as bars/buffet counter • On one corner, we have built a water fountain with bonsai plants and LED lights This all comes with a fully furnished 2BHK flat for a relaxing stay!

The space

Its a 2BHK fully furnished house on 18th floor with a private terrace garden attached to it. • Each room has a double bed and one with a floor mattress • Each room has its own private washroom and balcony • Each room offers a cupboard to keep your belongings • The whole house is air-conditioned • The whole house has smoke detectors, so request you to kindly smoke in balconies only • The house also comprises: - Full kitchen - Dining Area - Living Area - Terrace Garden Please note: We can only accommodate 5 guests at maximum to stay overnight in the flat.

• We can help you with decorators/caterers/bar tenders to make your stay memorable! *As per Airbnb policy, please book with the exact count of guests (irrespective of their stay)* • Please note: ₹3000 will be taken as a *REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT* right after the booking. We dont charge extra for cleaning on Airbnb as other hosts do, because we understand that the cleaning part should come under the tariff we charge. So, we hope that you dont create a mess at our property and keep it as your own house. We request you to kindly keep all the garbage at one side of the dustbin so that our house help gets some help in disposing off the garbage. This deposit is to ensure that there is no damage/spillage/unnecessary cleaning/smoke odour/late check outs in the property. We strongly follow this policy and highly recommend to follow the above statement as we feel immense sadness to deduct from the security deposit! (All the extra collected amount(if any), is distributed among the cleaning staff of our property) • Incase of early check in or late check out, we charge Rs.500/hr • For your safety and security purposes, we have CCTV coverage ONLY in common areas like lift lobby area and terrace area! • Please switch on only 2 bedroom ACs at a time during main power supply! And only 1 bedroom AC during power-backup • All the cars need to be parked outside the society gate. Society authorities put a clamp on unauthorised vehicles in the society and then charge ₹1000/car to remove the clamp.
