A vibrant studio in the heart of Green Park—perfect for experiencing the energy of Delhi up close. Located on a lively main road, with cafes, markets, and the metro just a short walk away, making it an ideal base to explore the city.
The space
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed, a utility room, and a modern bathroom. The utility room includes a pantry, wardrobe, dressing area, and a breakfast counter. The pantry is well-equipped with essential utensils and appliances such as an induction, toaster, kettle, fridge, and microwave. A round glass table in the bedroom serves as a convenient space for work or meetings. GOOD TO NOW: The apartment is located on a lively main road, so you may experience typical city sounds, especially during the day. If you prefer a quieter environment, you may consider our other listing.
Guest access
This is an independent self sufficient apartment. For most times, one needs to collect the keys from the first floor, where I stay. If one is coming at odd hours or if I am not available, I inform the guest on how to enter the apartment. For past two years, I have tried to make the checkin and checkout contactless. I am available on phone and provide all help and information, if required. Earlier, I used to welcome guests to come to my apartment in case of any need or for just relaxing. I have a good collection of books, which I would be happy to lend to the guests if interested. For now, I have made the stay contactless.
Other things to note
1. The apartment is cleaned before every Checkin and after Checkout. In case required, I could help you with some help with cleaning, dusting the apartment along with doing your dishes at a nominal cost of Rs 250 per day. 2. I provide Vegetarian Breakfast (@INR 200), Lunch (@INR 300) and Dinner (@INR 300) per guest per meal. I would need to know in advance to arrange for one. 3. We also provide airport pickup at Rs. 1500 plus parking and airport drop at Rs.1000. You would need to inform in advance with fight details. I suggest taking a cab/ taxi from the airport, except if you are coming late in the night or very early in the morning. 4. I love to Crochet. I will be happy to show you some of the products I have made. In case you are interested, you can purchase them. I could also make some of them on order, but will need some time. 5.. The building does not have a lift. However the stairs are an easy climb. In case you arrive between 10am and 6pm, I could get you some help with your luggage. Parking is available on the street. A charge of INR 100 per day will need to be paid for parking
