1. The host possesses the full authority to evict all guests from the property if, at any given time, they perceive a violation of these rules or any guest’s behavior causing nuisance, Violation of these rules may also result in deductions from the security deposit provided by the guests. 2. It is a formal requirement that the person booking the property and guests staying at the property must provide valid identification cards at the time of booking 3. Quiet Hours: Kindly be mindful of noise levels, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. (The host retains the authority to evict guests if noise persists, even after two warnings have been issued.) 4. No Large Parties or Events: Large gatherings or parties are not permitted. 5. Smoking: If guests choose to smoke, they must ensure that ashes and cigarette buds are properly disposed of in the designated ashtray. Any ashes left on the carpet will not be accepted. 6. Strict Noise Policy: There should be no loud music or excessive noise after 10 PM. Light music is acceptable. Please be aware that the host reserves the right to evict guests if noise persists after two warnings. 7. Fines: Any spillage of food or drinks on the couches or bed sheets will result in a fine of ₹1500/- A fine of ₹1500/- will be imposed for any instances of vomit anywhere in the house (except pots in the washroom), and a fine of ₹3000/- for any burn marks on furniture and bed sheets, A fine of 5000/- loss of keys and remote of the property. 8. Decorative Items: Do not affix any decorative items to the property without prior permission. 9. Parking: The parking of vehicles is at the owner's risk in the designated area provided by the host. 10. Respect for Neighbors: Please refrain from shouting or speaking loudly on the balcony, outside of the building, in the parking area, and any other shared spaces with consideration for the neighbors. Also refrain from Talking loudly in the staircase area as it causes disturbance to the other fellow occupants of the place. 11. Use of Elevator: use the elevator as the primary means within the building, use of stairs is not permitted 12. Pets: Unless specified otherwise, pets are not allowed on the property. 13. Guest Limit: Please make sure to respect the maximum guest capacity specified in the listing. Any guests exceeding this limit will be subject to an additional charge per person, as determined by the host. 14. check out time: Please ensure that you depart from the property at the designated check-out time. This allows the host to prepare the property and verify that it is in the same condition as when you arrived. 15. Proper Garbage Disposal: please dispose of the garbage in the dustbins 16. Report Damages: Promptly inform the host if any damage or issues occur during your stay, If the guest causes any damage to the property and fails to inform the host, the host reserves the right to pursue legal actions. 17. Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property or while staying within it. 18. Respect for Check-In/Check-Out Times: Arrive and depart in accordance with the specified times 19. Adherence to Local Laws: Abide by all local laws and regulations during your stay.
