The space

It is a duplex apartment spread over two floors, ground floor and basement floor. -The upper floor has three bedrooms, a lobby, a pantry, and two washrooms. The basement floor has one bedroom, kitchen, and large living and dining area. The main charm is the prime location with state-of-the-art interiors and ample amenities of the apartment, including High-Speed WIFI, a Fully Equipped Kitchen, Air-Conditioning, Refrigerator, R.O Water Machine, Satellite Television, 24/7 Hot Running Water, and more. We always keep the apartment sparkling clean and hygienic, so that our guests feel right at home. It is situated on the Ground Floor and basement floor. The apartment has four large bedrooms with supremely comfortable king-size beds and three western-style washrooms, with high-quality sanitary fitments, geysers, and dressing areas. There is a fully-equipped kitchen for your usage, with all the features such as an LPG gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, utensils, etc. -We have inverter back up for your use during power outage. Inverter runs lights and fans only. Please use lights and fans judiciously so that back up lasts longer. We offer butler services, for cooking food and household chores at Rs 2095 per day. This is optional for guests. Only those guests, who opt to have this service will be charged Rs 2095 plus GST per day. This apartment is ideal for small and large families as well as for stay of marriage guests. The property is on the main road. We provide extra floor mattresses in case there are more than 8 guests, and up to 16 guests can comfortably stay in the apartment. The building is quiet and secure, offering a relaxed, hassle-free stay. We have dedicated parking outside the building. The neighborhood shopping centers of New Friends Colony are extremely close-by and have lively restaurants/bars, pharmacies, grocery stores & convenient Forex shops to exchange currency. The nearest metro station Sukhdev Vihar is a walk of barely 5 minutes. - To avoid misuse of electricity, we have installed sub meter, of which, the guest can note reading at the time of check in and at the time of check out. Any electricity consumption beyond 15 units per day will be charged @ Rs. 9/- per unit and collected at the time of check out.
