The home features two comfortable bedrooms, spacious living areas, a charming library, a bar area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Art House is intentionally designed as a calm and private retreat. Events, parties, gatherings, and loud music are not permitted. Guests have access to the bedrooms included in their reservation, along with the shared living spaces, kitchen, library, bar area, outdoor seating, lawn, and balcony. 🎨 Private Drawing Room: The private drawing room houses valuable antique artwork and is accessible to guests until 11:00 PM while the caretakers are present. After 11:00 PM, this room will be locked for security, while the main drawing room with the TV remains available. 📋 House Rules ✔🕒 Check-in: 3:00 PM ✔🕚 Check-out: 11:00 AM ✔ 🚬 Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. ✔ 🚫 Underage drinking, narcotics, hookah, and late-night visitors are strictly prohibited. ✔ 🐶 Pets are not allowed, as a friendly pet dog already lives on the property. ✔ 👥 The accommodation can host up to 6 overnight guests, while a maximum of 8 people may be present on the property at any time, including visitors. ✔ 🔋 During power outages, the inverter supports lights and fans only.
