Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire 1BHK, so the space is all yours to enjoy—no awkward sharing here. You’ll have access to the living area, bedroom, kitchen, one full bathroom, and an additional half bathroom for extra convenience. Feel free to settle in, relax, and make yourself at home—just treat it with a little love (it’s a classy one 😉).

Other things to note

Here are a few things to keep in mind for a smooth, comfortable stay. The home is located in a premium residential society, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of noise levels and community guidelines. Parties and large gatherings aren’t allowed. Please carry a valid ID for security at check-in. Parking availability can vary, so do check in advance if needed. Most importantly—relax, unwind, and enjoy the space (and maybe fall a little in love with it). Decorations are not permitted inside the apartment—any violation will attract a penalty of ₹10,000. Visitors are strictly not allowed, and any breach will incur a penalty of ₹8,000. All primary and secondary guests must share valid government ID (including the address side) prior to check-in. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 PM to 7 AM—no loud music or conversations, with a penalty of ₹10,000 for violations. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed and will incur a ₹5,000 penalty. Any damage to items, even minor, will be charged at the actual cost of the product—everything in the home is thoughtfully selected and valued. — Guests having ids from Mumbai aren’t allowed as per the society norms. (No refund shall be processed for cancellation after 24 hours of such bookings.)
