Important Requirement: Every guest must submit a copy of their Aadhar, Driving License, Passport, or e-Visa to the company ID before check-in. Foreign nationals are required to provide details necessary for FRRO registration. ⚡ Power Backup & Electricity Policy Our building has a common power backup system which ensures uninterrupted electricity for lifts and common area lighting during power cuts. However, please note that apartments do not have individual backup power. In case of a power outage, electricity inside the apartment may be temporarily affected. Power supply and outages are managed by the government electricity department, and are beyond the host’s control. While such situations are usually resolved quickly, we request our guests to kindly bear with them. The host shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused due to power cuts, as this is not within our control.
