A unique bohemian farmhouse located near Jhalana Leopard Reserve, this serene,  boutique space is a perfect weekend escape with family and friends.  We offer a minimum of 2 Cottage set for smaller groups (current listing) which is part of a larger 6 cottage listing (entire listing - listed separately). The space

Our property is 10 Mins away from Jaipur international Airport, Jhalana Leopard reserve (India's only leopard reserve), 15 Mins from Marriott and other 5 star hotels / Jawahar Circle, 20 Mins from the prime residential areas like Tonk road / Oberoi Rajvilas Hotel and Mumbai Expressway, 30 Mins from the walled City. The entire property spreads across approx 4,000 Sq.yds. The current listing is for 2 beautifully curated family cottages (ideally suitable for 2 adults + 1 child or triple occupancy for adults). * Each cottage has a distinct character with a different color palette * Each cottage has a private bathroom (with double wash basins), designed for families * All cottages have private patio's / veranda's with outdoor sitting area * Beautiful landscaped paved and garden walkways * Barbecue / Tandoor and Bonfire available on request (extra charges) * Sumptuous vegetarian breakfast is with complements from us * Lunch and dinner are on request (at an extra cost - Rs. 800 per head) * Forest environment in the surroundings. Away from the commercial craziness of Jaipur * Ten minutes drive from the Leapord Safari Park * Twenty five minutes to the best eating destinations and shopping in Jaipur * Thirty minutes to the Walled City Baagh Jagatpura is a destination Waiting to be experienced! ~Amenities~ * Kitchen (is shared) but available at request if any guest wants to cook. This is a pure vegetarian kitchen and cooking non veg / eggs is not permitted. * Kitchen has most required utensils and appliances like microwave, baking oven, gas stove, refrigerator, RO water purifier, toaster, cutlery and crockery * The property is air conditioned (for summer months) and heated (for winters) through split air conditioners/halogen heaters/heat convectors * We have a Wi-Fi network within the indoor areas of the property and works very well. The veranda's get Wi-Fi coverage * All bathrooms have storage water heaters for the hot water supply * The property has 100% power backup * Fresh clean Linen is provided at every check-in. Pool towels can be requested. * Housekeeping is provided daily between 11 AM - 1 PM * Our caretakers are there for housekeeping and do not help to serve food/help with drinks. ~ Meals & Deliveries ~ * Non Veg / Veg meals can be ordered in easily using Swiggy / Zomato and other delivery apps. Many restaurants from nearby deliver to our property. * Grocery deliveries are easily available through Blinkit and other delivery apps. *Our team will help ordering items for you (especially for expats) ~Recreation~ * The swimming pool is unique and beautiful (40 Ft Length X 20 Ft Width X 5 Ft Depth) with a deck all around * The swimming pool will be shared with other guests (unless the full 6 cottage listing is booked) * Barbecue apparatus is available for our guests to use and is chargeable at ₹ 1500 per usage. * Bonfire can be provided in winter (in outdoor areas only) and is chargeable at ₹ 2000 per bonfire (for 3 hours). ~Swimming Pool Rules~ * Jumping in the pool at any end is strictly prohibited (For safety reasons) * Beer bottles/glassware is strictly prohibited in the pool area (Beer cans / Disposable / Plastic glassware is allowed) * Non-swimmers and kids (unattended) are not allowed to enter our pool area * Our guests are solely and explicitly liable for using the pool at their own risk * Any mishap/accident in the pool shall have no responsibility, explicit or implied on the host, its associates, the owners of the property or any / of the workers at the property * Non-compliance with swimming pool rules will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate cancellation of the booking with no refund. Any guest found jumping in the pool / carrying beer bottles/glasses to the pool area will be fined Rs. 25,000 for noncompliance (This is for the safety of guests). * Guests will be asked to sign a liability disclaimer before entering the swimming pool * Pets are strictly not allowed in and around the pool area

Guest access

Guests will have private access to 2 cottages. The gardens, living area, kitchen, swimming pool and other areas are shared access with other guests. There are a total of 6 cottages, however under this listing, guests are booking only 2 cottages. The other 4 cottages will be given to other guests. We are enabling this for smaller groups. If you have a larger group, please book the 6 cottage listing (listed separately) or if you need 4 cottages, you can book two twin cottage listings. Please feel free to message us, and we will guide you how to book more than one listing simultaneously. Limited access to the kitchen will be provided to stock items in the refrigerator & to heat the food, etc. In case a guest wants access to the kitchen for cooking for kids, we will permit the same. Our kitchen is pure veg, and no non veg item can be stored / cooked in the kitchen

During your stay

Our property is marketed by Hostie, a company based out of Gurgaon which manages and operates Boutique Travel Homes in North India. *Our ground team will be available daily to care for our guests, and we endeavor to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. *For any time, if you require any urgent assistance, our immediate response team numbers along with our co-host/host contact numbers will be mentioned at the property in house rules, as well as at other places. Please feel free to reach out to us any time 24x7 in case of any emergency, we will be there for you! The Property Owners - are a highly respected Indian business family. They are lovely hosts and have created this property with love and affection to host like-minded travelers.

We can help you book one nearby at affordable rates. * If a guest wishes to house the nanny inside the bedroom, the nanny will have be booked as a guest. Max occupancy in a cottage is 3 guests. So if a couple has an infant and a nanny, the nanny will be considered as third guest.
