The space

A little world of warmth, colour, art and greenery, created to make you feel good the moment you step in. The room has a distinctly Indian character, with Rajasthani artwork, beautiful textiles, handcrafted details and warm, mellow lighting. The colours, plants and thoughtfully chosen décor come together in a way that feels vibrant yet peaceful—full of personality without feeling overwhelming. There’s a cosy seating corner to curl up in, a lovely green sit-out where the fairy lights come alive in the evening, and plenty of natural light during the day. It’s the kind of space where mornings feel slow, evenings feel intimate, and you naturally want to linger a little longer. Everything else has been designed around that experience—a comfortable private room, attached bathroom, a little kitchenette for your chai or meals, and a dedicated workspace with 100 Mbps Wi-Fi. It’s warm, artistic, a little whimsical and very homely—a space made to be experienced, not just stayed in. Entire 1BHK + private terrace garden (no one else shares) *Other details to note:* "3rd floor without lift" Guests have full access to the studio & terrace. It is for private use for couples only. Any party or gathering is NO or if required only with concern permission of host (on extra charges). Guest has separate entry & exit to the studio cum terrace No visitors/guests are allowed. The place is big in size not to invite friends but for couple to have all king size experience whether you're here for work or leisure, this stylish space promises a comfortable stress-free stay do check house rules before booking the place

Ideal for: Couples for staycation, birthday & anniversary celebrations. Small private decoration allowed with prior permission (no loud party). Please note: 3rd floor walk-up, no lift – worth it for the terrace view. House Rules: Max 2 guests, no outside visitors, no loud music after 10 PM (society rule), no smoking inside (terrace okay). See the difference? Same rule, but sounds welcoming. *a gentle request for terrace plants — please water plants if you stay longer, we love them :) The kitchen is equipped with all basic groceries, required for basic cooking. Hosts have an all-day menu, from which guests can order (@extra charges) host-specialized dishes No loud music and guests are requested to observe for quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am each day. we do not allow visitors, only 2 guests staying will be allowed to enter the building housekeeping only between 12-2 pm. respect the place as your own and we shall be more than thankful.
