About this place
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish park facing independent house located in close proximity of the Vyapar Kendra Market and Huda City Metro Station in Sushant Lok 1, C block. Major hospitals like Fortis, Gurgaon, Max Hospital and Paras Hospital & Galleria Market. Please note that I also give out my place for get-togethers, however please ensure that it doesn't cause disturbance to the neighbours. Electricity would be charged separately and at actual based on consumption.

It's a park facing independent house with complete privacy. Vyapar Kendra market is 200 metres from my place.

Please note that the house has recently been renovated/upgraded owning to which the rates have been slightly revised. It's a residential colony so please ensure there is no loud noise coming late at night. creating ruckus or boisterous activities is strictly prohibited. late night parties are not allowed because they are always loud. keep the decibel level low at night.
