Please keep it locked after use as it is accessible through neighbouring terrace. - Make sure all electronics and electrical devices are switched off as you leave property. This could be a safety hazard for house and you too - Be respectful to neighbourhood, avoid laud noise/music after 10 pm. - Make sure all door and windows, front, back and terrace; are properly locked as you leave property - Dump all trash in Big trash/dustbin (75 ltr, Wheeled Grey & Yellow Dustbin) near entrance stairs. Garbage is collected early morning, every day - Electric geyser is fitted in each bathroom. 10 min before usage, please switch on the geyser using one of the switches on bathroom switch board. Switch it off when not in use. - Water is pulled into water tanks automatically, so don’t worry about that. SAVE WATER - Use Induction Cooktop first for cooking, it’s a safer, faster was to cook. All utensils are induction friendly. However if you wish to use gas hob, please follow these steps: 1. The LPG cylinder is placed in the cabinet right below hob 2. Turn regulator knob to 'on position' to use 3. Switch on hob, for spark, by using switch on your left 4. Move knob anti clockwise to light up the fire and you are all set 5. Always keep the regulator knob in 'off position' at night, when the cylinder is not in use - There shall not be smoking inside the home. Feel free to switch over to your account for personal streaming - Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish.
