Guest Information: There is temporary government road construction outside the property. While this is beyond our control, the apartment and all facilities remain fully functional. The entire apartment is private and exclusive for our guests and has everything you need for. -Living room with a 5-seater Sofa set and a 4-Seater Dining Table. -Fully equipped Kitchen with microwave, Water Purifier R.O, Four burner Gas Stove, Microwave, Toaster, and all essential utensils needed for cooking and serving. -Comfortable 2-bedroom with Ample closet space is provided to keep your belongings organized to ensure a comfortable stay. Modern Amenities: AC in bedrooms, Fully automatic washing machine, JIO Fiber Net, Refrigerator, TV with Ott entertainment. -Power backup by Inverter only for lights, fans, and wifi. -We have inverter back up for your use during power outage. Inverter runs lights and fans only. Please use lights and fans judiciously so that back up lasts longer. - Two Clean and private bathrooms with a Geyser. Towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience. Location: Hotel Leela ambience, GTB Hospital, Yamuna Sports Complex, Christ College, Bharat Electronic Limited, many banquet halls etc are within driving distance of 10-15 minutes, Hospitals like Max PPG, Max Vaishali are within 2-3 km making it ideal for recuperating patients The nearest metro is a 15-min walk away, 5 minute drive from Anand Vihar ISBT, and just 30 minutes away from the city-center Connaught Place.
