You'll have exclusive access to the entire cottage, including the private balcony, outdoor seating area, and all indoor amenities—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful Himalayan surroundings. HOUSE RULES Check-in time is 2 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. ✔ No smoking is allowed inside the property. ✔ Please treat the cottage with care and do not remove any items such as towels or utensils. ✔ Unlawful activities are strictly prohibited on and around the property. ✔ Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use. ✔ Water is a precious resource in the hills; please use it wisely. ✔ Pets are not allowed on the property. ✔ We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. ✔ Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property during their stay. ✔ Please keep doors and windows closed when not in use, as hill stations are prone to insects and mosquitoes. ✔ No underage drinking, narcotics, late-night or unregistered visitors, or hookah are permitted. ✔ All guests must submit government-approved IDs. Failure to provide valid IDs may result in entry being denied. ✔Weapons, including firearms, knives, and licensed weapons, are strictly prohibited inside the property and must remain securely stored outside, such as in a vehicle. Arrival Information 🚗 Parking & Arrival: Parking is available on the main road, where other local vehicles are also parked. The cabin is approximately a 2–3 minute walk from the parking area via a pathway. Our caretaker will meet you at the parking spot and assist you with your luggage during check-in and check-out. Please share your expected arrival time at least 30 minutes in advance to help us arrange a smooth arrival. Pricing 💚 Weekday Cottage Rental: Starting from ₹11,000 per night for up to 4 guests. 🛏️ Additional Bedding: ₹1,500 per person, per night. Security Deposit 💰 A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is collected at check-in and refunded after a successful property inspection.

Please Note ✔ Due to the pleasant mountain climate, air conditioning is not required. Ceiling fans are provided, and an optional cooling unit is available in the upper bedroom. ✔ Mosquito nets are installed for your comfort. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to help prevent insects from entering. ✔ This charming American-style hillside cabin is reached via a 2–3 minute walk from the main road parking area. Our caretaker will meet you at the parking spot and help carry your luggage. Kindly let us know your arrival time at least 30 minutes in advance. ✔ Several popular cafés and restaurants are just minutes away and offer home delivery.
