The space

Its a 4 Bedroom Duplex Apartment with a Beautifully Decorated Terrace. There are 2 Rooms, 2 Washrooms, Fully Equipped Kitchen and a Living Room on the First Floor. Attached to the Beautiful Terrace are 2 Rooms and a Kitchen with 1 Washroom. The Rooms are interconnected with each other with a common washroom and is perfect for a family stay. If you are looking for party venue for Birthdays, Anniversarys, College Freshers and Farewell Parties etc then look no further. Perfect Venue catering all your Party Needs! You have to pay a Security Deposit of Rs. 5000/- to the manager at the time of Check In and will be refunded after checking between 2-3 pm post your Check Out at 11 AM. No Extra Guests will be Allowed above the Permitted Limit. 16+ Bookings do no Mean any number above 16 Guests. It means Extra Guest above 16 can be allowed at an additional charge of ₹1000 per head. Please Visit the Property before booking if you have any queries or doubts. You will get a proper idea about the space, location, locality etc.

Guest access

The Guests will have access to 4 Bedrooms, Living Room, Terrace Area and 2 Kitchens Provided to them. Also they can use the Gym at a minimal fees of Rs. 100.

Other things to note

You may find few street hawkers near the property. We do not allow any Staff from outside. No Outside Food or Hookah Catering is allowed. We do not allow Balloon Decoration from Outside Vendors. You can book anything from our inhouse Vendors. We can provide you with our In House Hookah/Food Catering and Balloon Decoration. The Guests have to pay a Security Deposit of Rs. 5000/- to the manager at the time of Check In and will be refunded after checking between 2-3 pm post your Check Out at 11 AM.
