The entire apartment is air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi and is situated in a safe, private complex with 24/7 camera surveillance, supported by housekeeping, service staff, and security. The space is designed for your comfort, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven/microwave, gas stove, crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, and fresh tea and coffee supplies. Pool towels, bath linen, and essential toiletries are also provided. For your entertainment, the apartment is equipped with a smart TV. If you love cooking, we can direct you to local and artisanal produce. Whether you are a single traveler or a group, you will have access to the entire house and its outdoor and common spaces. The furnished kitchen can be fully used free of charges. Free on-site parking which is available on first come first serve basis

Other things to note

It's a humble request to follow the house rules to have an amicable stay. Check in: 3:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability). We love music, however, we love our neighbours’ privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 9:00 pm. Please do not leave children unattended around the pool. Pool Hours: 8:00AM - 8:00PM The property manager would be available in case of any issues but we do have to respect their working hours as well. Number of occupants are to be strictly followed. The cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Apartment however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience. Please note that room cleaning services are available once a day between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Kindly inform us a day prior in advance to schedule your preferred time. Security deposit of INR 5000/-will be collected at the time of check in and refunded 48 hours after check out. Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.
