Guests have exclusive access to the entire 1BHK apartment on the 1st floor during their stay. The apartment can be conveniently accessed by lift from the parking area, making it suitable for guests who prefer easy access without using stairs. Guests also have access to the property's shared facilities, including: Common swimming pool Covered parking Lift Building/common areas as permitted Wi-Fi The private balcony is exclusively available to guests staying in the apartment and offers a pleasant view of the pool and surrounding paddy fields/greenery.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located on the 1st floor. Lift access is available from the parking area. • The swimming pool is a common/shared facility and is not a private pool. Pool timings and building rules must be followed. • Early check-in and late check-out are strictly subject to availability and additional charges. Both must be requested and approved by DA ALOHAS in advance. • Guests must not assume that an early check-in or late check-out is approved unless they have received confirmation from the DA ALOHAS team. • Any unapproved late check-out will be considered a violation of the house rules and will attract a penalty of INR 5,000. Additional charges may also apply depending on the duration of the delay. • Luggage assistance and other additional services may be available on request and subject to availability and may attract additional charges. • All guests are requested to follow the property's house rules and building regulations. We want every guest to have a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay. Please read and follow the following guidelines during your stay. 🙏✨ 🧹 Housekeeping, Towels & Linen 🧹 Daily cleaning/housekeeping is provided as per the property's schedule. 🛏️ Towels and bed linen are changed after every two nights. 📋 Additional cleaning, towel, or linen changes may be available on request and may attract additional charges. 🤝 Please provide reasonable access to the housekeeping team when service is scheduled. 🍽️ Food & Meal Service Apartments: 🚫 Food/meal service is not available in the apartments. 🍕 Guests can conveniently order food through Swiggy/Zomato or explore nearby restaurants and cafés. 🏊 Swimming Pool Rules 🩱 Proper swimming attire is mandatory. 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited in or around the swimming pool. 🍺 Alcohol/drinking is strictly prohibited inside or around the pool. 🍔 Food is not permitted inside or around the pool. 🚫 Do not enter or use the pool while intoxicated. ⚠️ Guests swim at their own risk. 👶 Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. 🐾 Pets are strictly not allowed in the pool or pool area. 🏃 No running, pushing, rough play, or other unsafe activities around the pool. 🥂 Glass bottles, glassware, or other breakable items are not permitted in the pool area. 💦 Water splashing onto the surrounding floor/deck during normal pool use is natural and should not be considered a water leakage. 🧹 Please keep the pool and surrounding area clean after use. ⚠️ Guests may be responsible for costs associated with damage caused through misuse of the pool or pool equipment. 🚭 Smoking, Alcohol & Prohibited Substances 🚭 Smoking is not permitted inside bedrooms, apartments, villas, or indoor common areas. 🚬 Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, where provided. 🍺 Alcohol must be consumed responsibly and must not cause disturbance or nuisance. 🚫 Illegal drugs or prohibited substances are strictly not allowed anywhere on the property. 🏊 Alcohol is strictly prohibited in and around all swimming pools. 🐾 Pets 🚫 Pets are strictly not allowed at the property. This applies to bedrooms, apartments, villas, common areas, and swimming pool areas. 🚗 Parking 🔐 Guests are responsible for their vehicles and belongings. 🚫 Please do not block entrances, driveways, gates, or access areas. 🔑 Keys, Locks & Access 🔐 Guests are responsible for keeping all keys, access cards, remotes, and other access devices safe. 🔑 Lost or misplaced keys: Applicable key replacement charges will be charged to the guest. 🚪 Lost, damaged, or compromised keys/access devices: Replacement costs will be charged as applicable. 🔒 Lock Change: If a key is lost, stolen, not returned, or compromised and a lock change is required for security reasons, the actual lock replacement/change cost will be charged to the guest. 🚫 Guests must not duplicate keys, change locks, or interfere with access-control systems without prior approval. 💰 Key replacement and lock-change costs are separate from any applicable house-rule violation penalty. ⚡ Safety & Property Equipment 🚫 Do not tamper with electrical panels, MCBs, wiring, Wi-Fi equipment, CCTV/security systems, or other property equipment. 🚫 Do not deliberately switch off or interfere with essential utilities or safety equipment. 📞 Please report electrical, plumbing, maintenance, or safety issues to the property team immediately. 🔥 Do not misuse fire-safety equipment or emergency systems. 💰 Damages, Missing Items & Additional Charges ⚠️ Guests are responsible for damage, breakage, stains, missing items, or excessive cleaning caused during their stay. 💳 Applicable repair, replacement, or additional cleaning costs may be charged separately. 🚫 Towels, linens, décor, utensils, furniture, appliances, or other property items must not be removed from the premises. 💰 Damage/replacement charges are separate from the house-rule violation penalty. 🚨 House Rule Violation Penalty ⚠️ Any violation of the property's house rules will attract a penalty of ₹5,000 per violation.
