The space

Our Boutique property has only six units of One Bedroom Apartments and a Two Bedroom Penthouse. The main Swimming Pool is shared between 6 One Bed Units and this Two Bed Penthouse has its own private pool. If this unit is unavailable for your dates, you can find and book our both 1BHK similar listings in the same property via our AirBnB Profile. We can offer them to you next to each other on a dedicated floor so your group can still be together. All Apartments including this Penthouse come with full elevator access from zero level. Swimming Pool & common lounge area is on the ground floor. We are located behind the Hyatt Centric Hotel in Condolim, short drive to Fort Aguada on one side & Calangute Beach on the other side. You can walk across to the main Candolim road which has a plethora of restaurants, bars and markets, no need for hiring Scooty or Car. However, we can also arrange them if needed by guests. Cook is available on hire or you can order via Swiggy/Zomato. The Dabolim Airport is 39km (1 hour) and MOPA Airport is 31km (45 min).
