The villa’s bedrooms and living spaces are air-conditioned to ensure your utmost comfort. Expansive glass panels throughout the house provide stunning alfresco views, allowing natural light and fresh air to infuse the space. Each of the three serene bedrooms features a private balcony, offering a personal zen retreat. The Spanish-tiled bathrooms come equipped with hot and cold running water and thoughtfully selected amenities for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster, cooking hob, crockery, and cutlery, making it easy to feel at home away from home. Enjoy exclusive access to the private pool during your stay, along with an outdoor poolside lounge that offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with seating and loungers set amidst nature. Whether you're a solo traveler or visiting as a group, you will have full access to the entire villa and all its outdoor spaces. The fully furnished kitchen is available for your use at no extra charge, perfect for preparing meals or snacks at your convenience. A locker is provided for securing your valuables, and a bar cabinet is available to store your glasses and bottles. Daily housekeeping services and free on-site parking are also included to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible.

Other things to note

Terra Viva is curated with lots of love. It's a humble request to follow the house rules to have an amicable stay. Check in: 3:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability and charges). Age group: This place is meant for a calm & soothing getaway for families, we shall prefer families / couple’s, office gatherings. Parties & Events: We love music; however, we love our neighbours’ privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 9:00 pm. Cook will provided for breakfast at INR 1000/- per day, groceries to be charged on actuals (8:30 AM to 10:30 AM). We can arrange a chef for extra charge who can help with delicious food for the other meals of the day. Your caretaker will be with you from (8 am-7 pm) however, anytime beyond 7 pm will be charged @1000/- per 2 hours. Number of occupants are to be strictly followed. The entire villa cleaning is done every day, and linen changed every alternate day. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience. Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities. Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be settled at the time of check out. The property manager and caretaker would be available in case of any issues but we do have to respect their working hours as well. The property holds the right to cancel any bookings if needed.
